The procurement includes train operations with train vehicles provided by the client. Train traffic includes traffic in the Copenhagen area (to Österport), across the Öresund Bridge and in the southern part of Sweden. The assignment may also include maintenance of the train vehicles used for traffic in the client's depot. The maintenance assignment may be procured separately. The number of vehicles per year is approximately 26 million.
The procurement is planned to be implemented as a negotiated procedure under the Act (2016: 1147) on procurement of concessions.
