1.The Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GSC), through the Special Trust Fund (STF), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos and 00/100 [Php 2, 000, 000.00] as the ABC for payment under the contract for the procurement of rescue vehicle for medical services of msu-gsc with identification number RV-003-171-24.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2.The MSU-GSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Sixty (60) calendar



3.days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
