Description : 1. The Barangay Papallasen, Burgos, Pangasinan, through the Barangay Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-seven Thousand one hundred sixty-seven Pesos and 00/100 only (PhP 67, 167.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Rescue Tools and Equipment / BPapallasen-2026-06-03 Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
2. The Barangay Papallasen, Burgos, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the period from 2022 to 2026, a contract similar to the Project, commencing from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
