Procurement of Rescue Equipment
1) The Local Government Unit of Gamay, through the DRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Php694, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Rescue Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gamay now invites bids for Procurement of Rescue Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required Forty-Five (45) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceeds. Bidders should have completed, at least 6 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
