Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 [Five] years.(2) A satisfactory completion of AC/HVAC or similar Works of at least Tk 20, 00, 000.00 [Twenty Lakh] under a single contract over a period of last 05 [Five] years shall be required.(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15, 00, 000.00 [Fifteen Lakh] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.(4) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.Note-1: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.Note-2: Completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award (NOA), Purchase order (PO), Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificate.
