1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its

Diwanag Festival Celebration SB No. 4-2025 intends to apply the sum Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos .(Php800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Rental Expense. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
