INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF RENTAL EXPENSE



1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its

Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum Five Hundred Five Thousand Pesos.(Php515, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Rental Expense . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province now invites bids for Procurement of Rental Expense of LGU Montevista Davao de Oro Province. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period of ten (10) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 60% of the proposed project for bidding from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
