PROCUREMENT OF RENOVATION OF THE SANDIGANBAYAN CENTENNIAL BUILDING JUSTICES- LOUNGE, CANTEEN, AND COMMON COMFORT ROOMS
1. The Sandiganbayan, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (PHP21, 236, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Renovation of the Sandiganbayan Centennial Building Justices- Lounge, Canteen, and Common Comfort Rooms. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sandiganbayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred sixty (160) calendar days upon Conforme to the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
