Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Nineteen Million (19, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Renewal of Subscription of Email, Cloud Computing, Productivity and Collaboration Tools for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Central Office under Bid Ref. No. DENR-CO-2025-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DENR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Enrollment of Google Workspace cloud-based services is within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Google Workspace cloud-based services: Minimum of one (1) year subscription period.
Service and support coverage: Minimum of one (1) year from issuance of Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance by the DENR.
