The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, intends to procure the above-mentioned procurement with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) stated in this advertisement in accordance with Section 34 - Small Value Procurement of Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
