1. The Environmental Management Bureau - National Capital Region (EMB-NCR), through the GAA-Capital Outlay 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 12, 797, 240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for Reference/ Equivalent Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (CAAQMS) and Other Station Requirements, PR No.: 2025-04-182, ITB No. EMB-NCR-NCB-GOODS-2025-07-01-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The EMB-NCR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
