PROCUREMENT OF REFEREE-S SERVICES (BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT)

1. The Local Government Unit of Gigmoto, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P99, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Referee-s Services (Basketball Tournament) 2023-SVP-001. Quotation in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gigmoto now calls for the submission of quotations for Procurement of Referee-s Services (Basketball Tournament). Interested suppliers must submit their quotations on or before April 1, 2024, 9:00 o-clock in the morning at Municipal Conference Room, LGU-Gigmoto together with the following documents:

a. Mayor-s Permit/Business Permit,

b. Philgeps Registration Number,

c. Income/Business Tax Return
