1. The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center, through the Internally Generated Fund (IGIF) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 740, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Procurement of Recalibration of Medical Equipment for which this Request for Quotation is issued.
