Governing contracting authority requirements for all parts: 1) A The Bidders must provide factory-new laboratory automatic devices suitable for testing, which have not been put into operation before (in the case of parts 8 and 9, the device is factory-new, or the year of commissioning cannot be earlier than 2023), deploy, train the operating staff and maintain the laboratory automatic devices during the contract period. The cost of setting up and operating the devices (including maintenance, repair, training) is covered by the recommended reagents, must be displayed in the price of additional items, bidders may not charge any additional costs or fees in connection with the devices. If the reagents, controls, and quantity of calibrators turns out to be small, the tenderer is obliged to provide the missing quantity free of charge, in the same way together with other additional materials/tools.
