Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Raw Materials for various Events, Programs, Activities and Training of MDRRMO through Framework Agreement
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 70% MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos Only (₱ 699, 838.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Raw Materials for various Events, Programs, Activities and Training of MDRRMO through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) and single year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
