Brief description of the procurement: The subject of the contract is the purchase of Rail Baltica regional passenger transport rolling stock with accompanying services, as well as rolling stock unit options. The technical description is attached (Appendix 1). Each vendor (Elron, LTG, Vivi) will sign a contract with the successful bidder separately contract. Neither LTG nor Vivi undertakes to purchase the rolling stock by signing the contract, but provides an option for the rolling stock based on the same technical specification and the same general terms and conditions (Appendix 2) as Elron, except for the specific basic terms and conditions of the relevant supplier (Appendices 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3).
