PROCUREMENT OF RADIO MONITORING AND DIRECTION FINDER (RMDF) SYSTEMS
SIG PABAC2-009-26
1) The Philippine Army, through General Appropriations Act Fiscal Year 2025 (RA 12116) with ASA Nr 2200-2026-0069 dated 26 January 2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 79, 962, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) under SIG PABAC2-009-26 for the PROCUREMENT OF RADIO MONITORING AND DIRECTION FINDER (RMDF) SYSTEMS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The required delivery of the Goods is Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
