INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF QUICK RESPONSE VEHICLE TO BE USED FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE OPERATIONS
1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 5% CALAMITY FUND/GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php2, 623, 820.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Quick Response Vehicle to be used for Emergency Response Operations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for the Procurement of Quick Response Vehicle to be used for Emergency Response Operations. Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents.
