1) The Local Government Unit of Dingras, through the 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of Four Million Fifty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php4, 056, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Influenza Vaccine for use at the MHO, Dingras, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
