Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must have:a) Photocopy of valid Trade Licenseb) Photocopy of Tax Payer's Identification Numberc) Photocopy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificated) Affidavit of ownership of the firm, or in case of limited company, photocopy of the certificate of incorporatione) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.f) Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract valued at minimum Taka 19, 00000.00 (Nineteen Lac BDT only) within the last 1 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Successful completion certificate from relevant procuring entity demonstrating the similar experience mentioning amount and duration of contract for supplying similar goods and providing related services will be acceptable as evidence of such experience.
