The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 2, 104, 795.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Provision Of Internet Access Via Low Earth Orbit Satellites In Public Places (PIALEOS PP) - Additional Sites Under Region III with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
