Tenders are invited for The Wire Winding Machine Wraps Multiple Strands of Steel Wire Evenly and Flatly around the Outer Surface of the Hose to Achieve Enhanced Effect. The Equipment is Mainly Composed of Twin-Disk Winding Machine, Traction Device, Electric Control Cabinet and Safety Compartment. The Winding Machine has Two Winding Disks, Each of Which can Hold 32 Bp60 Spools with a Maximum Speed of 130rpm. It is Suitable for Hoses with an Outer Diameter of 6 ~ 51mm. The Spools can Hold 2 ~ 5 Strands of 0.25-0.7mm Steel Wire. Each Spool is Tensioned Separately by an Independent Motor, And Tension Control Remains Constant from Full to Empty. When the Wire is Broken and the Hose is Used up, The Winding Machine can Stop Automatically and Display Alarm Information. The Tension System of the Traction Device is Driven by Motor. According to the Requirements of Stroke/Pitch, The Linear Speed can be Synchronized with the Speed of the Winding Machine. Electric Control Cabinet Realizes Production Line Synchronization through Plc, Providing High Precision Speed/Pitch Control and Synchronization. When the Line Speed Decreases or Increases, Each Coil will Adjust its Own Speed Proportionally to Avoid Stroke Changes and Defects.
