The subject of procurement is the services of professional construction construction for the purpose of renovating buildings damaged by an earthquake, as regulated by the Law on Restoration of Buildings Damaged Earthquake in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (Official Gazette, Number 21/23; hereinafter: the Law on Renewal), the Decision on the adoption of the Program of Renovation measures damaged by earthquake buildings in the area of the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (Official Gazette 154/24; hereinafter: Program of Measure).
