Scope of Services
The Psychological Specialist shall:
• Conduct psychological assessments for learners
with suspected disabilities, behavioral concerns, or
mental health needs.
• Provide written psychological reports with
recommendations for Individualized Education
Plans (IEPs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), or
referrals.
Minimum Qualifications
• Licensed Psychologist or Registered
Psychometrician (as applicable to scope of work).
• Preferably with specialization or experience in
child and adolescent psychology, clinical
psychology, or school psychology.
• At least 3 years of experience in psychological
assessment and intervention planning.
• Familiarity with DepEd policies on inclusive
education, child protection, and mental health.
