PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL DRONE FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
Advertisement No. 24-024
1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 185, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Professional Drone for Disaster Preparedness in Malabuyoc, Cebu with Advertisement Number 24-024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL DRONE FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS. Delivery of the Goods is required by July 2024. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
