Procurement of process and project management for the implementation of a national people's panel The Ministry of Finance wishes, on behalf of the Transitional Commission, to enter into an assignment agreement with a consultant for the planning and implementation of a participation process in the form of a national people's panel. The assignment involves planning and designing the involvement process (the people's panel), as well as ensuring the implementation and presentation of the panel's recommendations. Estimated value for the acquisition is 3, 000, 000 excl. VAT The estimate is not binding for the client. The contract lasts from signing to execution, feedback and evaluation, no later than the end of May 2027. For a detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the agreement.
