Description : The Local Government Unit of Bindoy through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to set into a contract for the Procurement of Printing Supplies for MCR Bindoy
This PROCUREMENT will be undertaken in accordance with section 53.9 (Procurement of Goods, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services, where the amount involved does not exceed the threshold prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR: Provided, that in the case of Goods, the procurement does not fall under shopping in Section 52 of this IRR.
As such, suppliers of unknown qualifications are hereby invited to submit their quotation/proposals as Supply Section for the item/s described, subject to the terms and conditions provided below.
