Procurement of a printing solution service The subject of this procedure is the procurement of printing solution services, in accordance with the Technical Specification and other required conditions indicated in this Procurement Documentation. The subject of purchase contains: • Delivery, installation, configuration and maintenance of printing devices and application solutions owned by the bidder, new and unused, in accordance with the technical specification, at the user's locations. • Printing service with printing devices owned by the provider, which implies device maintenance and removal of defects within the period offered in accordance with the Tender Selection Criteria of this Procurement Documentation, delivery of original toner and other consumables and spare materials recommended by the manufacturer of printing devices, except for paper and machine connectors (stapler), for all delivered devices • Continuous optimization of the printing fleet throughout the duration of the contract for the purpose of optimal utilization of printing devices, depending on the amount of printing on the device itself. The optimization of the printing fleet is carried out in agreement with By the client and with his approval and consent. • Installation and maintenance of a new application solution for print management, in accordance with the required technical specifications, which includes delivery, installation, implementation and configuration, technical support and maintenance of program licenses for complete management and monitoring of printing devices.
