***Payment Scheme:
1.Payment will be done on a monthly basis after receipt of Supplier's Statement of Account (SOA/Billing Statement).
2. Net Payment Computation shall be as follows:
Gross Total Monthly Billing (inclusive of 12% VAT)
Less: 1% Expanded Withholding Tax and 5% Final Tax (based on Gross Total Monthly Billing ÷ 1.12).
- a tax withheld certificate or tax credit will be credited on the service provider.
3. Should the amount delivered goods and services exceed the contract amount before the year endsm such excess shall be paid by the current year budget until renewed.
