Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Particular Conditions of Contracts (PCC) of the tender document.2. NOA, work orders will not be counted as valid document for specific experience, but only satisfactory completion certificate against work order from government/semi-government organization/schedule bank clearly showing the specific experience in supplying printing materials within specific time will be counted as satisfactory completion certificate (Years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal).3. Supporting Documents must be submitted, without which the Tenderer may be considered non-responsive. Tenderer not having sufficient information in e-GP portal may be evaluated as ineligible.
