1. The Department of Education (DepEd) Caraga Region, through the

Sub-Allotment Release Order No. OSEC-13-23-1544 dated March 31, 2023 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos (P6, 344, 366.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Printing and Reproduction of Locally Developed Alternative Learning System (ALS) Learning Resources (LRs) - Lot 1 & 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
