1) The Department of Education (DepED) Region X, Division of Malaybalay City, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (2, 365, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kindergarten to Grade 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
