1. The Department of Education - Schools Division Office (SDO) of Oriental Mindoro through the FY 2026 GAA - OSEC-4B-26-02352 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Forty-one Pesos (Php 8, 690, 041.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF READING MATERIALS FOR KEY STAGE 1 (KINDERGARTEN TO GRADE 3)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd - SDO Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Five (5) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
