Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
PRINTER CONSUMBALES FOR CY 2026
1) The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos (Php3, 525, 740.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Printer Consumables for CY 2026 under PR No.03-05-260105. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PCSO now invites bids for the Procurement of Printer Consumables for CY2026 . Delivery of the goods is required in three (3) tranches within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
