FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PRINTER COLORED RIBBON AND
CUSTOM LAMINATES
1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 37, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Printer Colored Ribbon and Custom Laminates. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Printer Colored Ribbon and Custom Laminates. Delivery of the goods/services is required within Seventy-Five (75) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
