Description : In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the PROCUREMENT OF PRINTED BOOKS FOR COLLEGE-WIDE USE -EPA FY 2024 (PRINTED BOOKS, PRINTED JOURNALS, AND E-BOOKS) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINETEEN PESOS AND 47/100 (PHP 3, 378, 019.47), inclusive of applicable taxes, through Section 53.1 (Negotiated Procurement - Two- Failed Bidding) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The checklist and templates of required technical, eligibility and financial documents to be submitted are hereto attached as associated components and shall form an integral part of the quotation documents.
