Description : I. SCOPE OF WORKS :
1. Switch Gear
a. Torque Test, Re-torque and inspect bolted electrical
connections to specified levels whenever needed.
b. Visual inspections of primary control points for signs
of deterioration & overheating.
c. Check for signs of persistent overheating and single
out areas for repair or parts replacement.
d. Inspect sub-distributor and check for over current
protection.
e. Confirm that all sub-distributor connections are close
and are easily accessible for maintenance.
f. Check if all sub-feeder conductors are properly
supplying all connected loads and if they are rated for
their connections.
g. Verify that ground-fault and feeder short-circuit
protection is sized according to specific applications.
h. Conduct insulation tests on panel bus bar and circuit
feeder.
