a. change oil in air compressor
b. cleaning of air conditioning coils
c. cleaning of filters
d. lubricate bearings and shaft
e. checking of fuses/breakers
g. checking of oil fan motor
h. blow down water heaters
i. checking of drain pipes and bracket supports
j. checking of remote control buttons
k. troubleshoot and identification of parts for replacement and costing
l. labor for the installation and/or repair of parts (as applicable)
m. submission of maintenance report to DOLE xI
