Brief description of the procurement: The subject of the procurement contract is the procurement of equipment that meets the conditions set out in the technical specification, together with transport to the location specified by the supplier. The procurement contract will be concluded with one successful bidder. The procurer has the right to reject RHS's bids on the grounds and procedure provided in § 116.
