Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Premium Rice
1) The Municipal Government of Baganga, through the Trust Fund-Assistance to Indigent Individuals of Families-Food Assistance/Rice Distribution Project intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 998, 900.00 Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Premium Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Baganga, now invites bids for Procurement of Premium Rice. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within Ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
