FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF PREMIUM MILLED RICE
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOSTON, through a Trust Fund, C.Y. 2026 (Local Government Support Fund) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (4, 999, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Premium Milled Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOSTON now invites bids for Procurement of Premium Milled Rice. Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) calendar days to start from receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, at least Eight (8) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
