Description : Prospective must have completed within a period of ten (10) years from the submission of the bid an SLCC that is similar to the procurement project to be bid, and whose value must be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
