Description : 1. The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION (ERC), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2024 and Current Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP24, 300, 000.00), inclusive of all government taxes, and other fees and charges, being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Portable Instrument Transformer Tester Meters under Lot No. 2025-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ERC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Winning Bidder should deliver the Equipment, including the updated Calibration Certificates, within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. (Refer to Section F of the Technical Specifications). Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
