Invitation to Bid for PURCHASE OF POLISHED RICE

1.The Municipality of Cateel, through the BAC for Calendar Year 2024 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP 548, 600.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF POLISHED RICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Cateel, Davao Oriental now invites bids for the “PURCHASE OF POLISHED RICE”. Bidders should have completed, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder contained in the Bidding Documents, particulary, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.9184.
