Supervision of electrical work, building construction City of Salo (below procurement entity/customer) requests bids for the procurement of planning and consulting services used by the city in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is developer consulting and various supervisory tasks in this as described in the tender request and its attachments. The procurement contract period begins with the signing of the contract, but ends on December 31, 2027. The goal is for the contract period to begin in September 2026. The request for tender includes the possibility of extending the contract on the original terms (options) for the years 2028 and 2029. The use and duration of the option will be decided separately. The description of the procurement object and its requirements are described in this call for tenders, its appendices and in each sub-area. The acquisition is formed framework arrangement, the terms of which are described in this call for tenders. The framework arrangement excludes design competitions, which the customer organizes at his own discretion and in accordance with the rules of design competitions. The acquisition concerns the entire city of Salo, but it is mainly used by the vital energy services and technical services sectors and Liikelaitos Salon Vesi.
