Tender Details

The city of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit/customer) requests bids for the procurement of planning and consulting services used by the city in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The procurement contract period is two years, which starts with the contract of the signature, but ends on 31 December 2027. The goal is for the contract period to begin in April 2026. The request for tenders includes the possibility of extending the contract on the original terms (options) for the years 2028 and 2029. The use and duration of the option will be decided separately. The description of the procurement object and its requirements are described in this call for tenders, its appendices and in each sub-area. The procurement will form a framework arrangement, the terms of which are described in this call for tenders. Excluded from the framework arrangements are design competitions, which the customer organizes at his own discretion and in accordance with the rules of design competitions. The object of the procurement is planning and consulting services for the following groups: planning and urban planning, transport services, streets, environment and water supply, building construction, measurements and soil and other related planning services. The procurement applies to the entire city of Salo, but it is mainly used by the vitality services and technical services industries and the Business Administration Salon Vesi. A1.
