The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the Trust Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Fifty One Thousand Peso(S) (Php 51, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Plankton Net With Complete Accessories (READINESS AND SAFENESS DURING HAZARD.) /25-1405.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
