The Office of the Controller of Certification (OCC) operates the ROOT PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), which relies on key hardware components such as firewalls, switches, servers, storage, and an HSM (Hardware Security Module). To ensure the continuous and secure operation of the ROOT PKI, these hardware components require licenses and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) support.This project focuses on procuring a three-year license and OEM support for the network and system infrastructure of the PKI to maintain its functionality and reliability.
