Brief Description of assignment : This assignment discusses how the Directorate of Public Libraries can effectively use outsourcing manpower for essential operational positions such as Library Attendants, Security Guards, Cleaning Staffs. It highlights how outsourcing these roles can help ensure smooth daily operations in public libraries across the country.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : 1. Age of the company should be 10 years and above2. Must have outsourcing manpower training center3. Must have regional offices in at least 5 locations4. Must have manpower being supplied to 64 districts of Bangladesh5. Current outsourcing workforce must consist of 8, 000 people and above6.
