1) The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-25 (2025 Unexpended Balance LDRRMF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱2, 172, 550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the use of City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, ID No. 2026-08-100. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for supply and delivery of customized sublimated drift shirt with collar, raincoat with hood and pants, utility multi-pocket vest, rainboots, and t-shirt for tactical emergency response and disaster preparedness.
